His story is remarkable, and it is good to know that he will stay at Nine Lives, working his magic with kittens and cats. Special blessings to those who rescued him, the amazing Dr. Thompson, and all at Nine Lives.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2853186124685296573.post-40082320798033612522010-08-24T15:15:37.444-07:002010-08-24T15:15:37.444-07:00I saw the link to this story on cheezburger.com, a...I saw the link to this story on cheezburger.com, and was so moved by the story I had to look deeper. We found him near Crystal Springs, injured and in a ditch (I was riding my bike and out of the corner of my eye saw him), he was crying, wet and muddy, such a sad sight. I thought he was an older cat because he looked so scruffy! He was afraid of us so we had Peninsula Humane get him, he was at the shelter and nobody claimed him, in the meantime we worked with Dr. Monica, who didn't give up hope, we looked at his xrays and his pelvis was so badly fractured an amputation was likely...but Christopher was a trooper and healed up just fine! We love to visit him at 9 lives.

Such a wonderful happy ending!Liznoreply@blogger.com
