Volunteers Needed!

Hi Everyone,

RE: Volunteers welcome and needed to assemble donation letter packages for mailing

Tonight, Nov 20th at 7 pm volunteers will be meet to assemble (labeling, sorting, stuffing etc) at SRI International, 333 Ravenswood Ave, Menlo Park, 94025 in the Administration building in Conference Room B. SRI policy requires visitors to wear a Visitors badge and be escorted by a SRI employee (me). Please tell me that you are planning to attend and that you are a USA citizen or not and I can pre-register you with security, or it's no big deal if you just show up. Call me at 714-5457 so I can meet you at the front door to let you in the building.

We have left over pizza but bring your own drinks or there are vending machines to purchase items as well. We also have a paper cutter - so no need to bring one.

Southbound Directions to SRI's Menlo Park Headquarters
SRI International is located at 333 Ravenswood Avenue, Menlo Park CA 94025-3493.
Hwy 101 from San Francisco (southbound)
Take Marsh Road - Atherton exit (West)
Go approximately 1 mile
Turn left at traffic signal onto Middlefield Road
Go 1 mile
Turn right at traffic signal onto Ravenswood Avenue
SRI's campus will be on your left as you travel on Ravenswood Avenue. Turn left at the entrance to the semi-circular drive, the main visitor's entrance at 333 Ravenswood Avenue, a brick building set back from the street.
Go up the brick stairs in front of the building and into the reception area; sign-in at the desk. You'll have to sign out when you leave. I will have your visitor's badge.

Hwy 280 from San Francisco (southbound)
Take Hwy 280 SOUTH to Menlo Park.
Exit at Sand Hill Road EAST, proceed past Stanford Medical Center.
Stay on Sand Hill Road (veer left at Stanford Shopping Center).
Proceed to EL CAMINO REAL and turn left.
Take El Camino Real (stay in right lane) to Ravenswood Ave. and turn right.
Proceed past first traffic light (Laurel Ave.)
SRI's main entrance is the 2nd entrance on the right.
